This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled when you use DGV (also referred to as dagurgreen.com) and our integrated payment gateways to pay for listings, promotions, subscriptions and other services on the platform.

Role of DGV / dagurgreen.com

DGV provides an online platform for discovering, listing and promoting real estate properties across India. When you make a payment on dagurgreen.com, you authorize DGV and its third-party payment gateway partners to process the transaction for the selected service or package. While we facilitate the payment, the actual authorization and settlement are handled by the payment gateway and your issuing bank.

Payment Processing & Security

All online payments on DGV / dagurgreen.com are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card number, CVV or other highly sensitive payment credentials on our own servers. The payment gateway encrypts and transmits your data to your bank or card network for authorization.

You are responsible for ensuring that you access DGV only from trusted devices and networks and that your login credentials and one-time passwords (OTPs) are kept confidential. DGV will never ask you to share your full card details, ATM PIN or OTP over phone, email or chat.

Pricing, Taxes & Invoices

Before confirming any payment on dagurgreen.com, the applicable price, taxes and charges for the chosen service (for example, listing package, promotional add-on or subscription) will be shown on the checkout screen. By clicking “Pay” or an equivalent button, you agree to the displayed amount being charged to your selected payment method.

After a successful payment, DGV will display an on-screen confirmation and may send a confirmation email or SMS to the contact details linked to your account. You should retain this confirmation and any invoice generated by DGV / dagurgreen.com for your records and for any future support queries.

Failed, Cancelled or Pending Transactions

Occasionally a payment attempt on DGV may fail, be cancelled, or remain in a pending state due to issues at the bank, card network, or payment gateway. In such cases, if an amount has been debited from your account but the order has not been confirmed on dagurgreen.com, the debit is normally reversed automatically by your bank within its standard processing timelines.

EMI / Recurring Payments

If DGV offers EMI or recurring subscription options through certain payment methods, the detailed terms (including tenure, interest, processing fee and cancellation rules) will be presented by the bank or payment partner during checkout. By choosing such options on dagurgreen.com you agree to those specific terms as well.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you raise a dispute or chargeback with your bank for a payment made on DGV / dagurgreen.com, your access to the associated service or package may be temporarily suspended while the matter is investigated. We reserve the right to recover any amounts that are found to be due to us as per the Terms of Use, this Payment Policy and any applicable service-specific terms.
