DGV provides an online platform for discovering, listing, comparing and promoting real estate properties across India.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing listings, or using any paid or free service on dagurgreen.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Payment Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to register on or transact through dagurgreen.com. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Registration & Security

5. Property Listings & User Content
Users who list properties on dagurgreen.com are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the information, images and pricing they upload. DGV does not own, manage, broker or guarantee any property listed on the platform and is not a party to any transaction between buyers, sellers, owners, tenants or agents.
DGV reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, edit, refuse, or remove any listing or content that it believes violates these Terms, applicable law, or is misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: post false, misleading or unauthorised property listings; infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to DGV's systems or other users' accounts; or use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without our prior written consent.
7. Payments, Promotions & Refunds
Paid services such as listing packages, featured placements and promotional add-ons are governed by our Payment Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.
8. Intellectual Property
The dagurgreen.com name, logo, design, software and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Dagur Green Ventures Private Limited and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission. Content you upload remains yours, but by posting it you grant DGV a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, promote and distribute it on the platform.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
dagurgreen.com may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment gateways and verification providers. DGV is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of such services is subject to their own terms and policies.

13. Suspension & Termination
DGV may suspend or terminate your account or any listing at its discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City, State], India.
